These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Win Win Pet Sitting website and services. By booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Our Services

Win Win Pet Sitting provides in-home pet visits, daycare, and overnight boarding in and around Tega Cay, SC. Service details, availability, and pricing are described on our website and confirmed with you before service begins.

Bookings, Deposits & Cancellations

  • Requests are confirmed by us before they are guaranteed. A booking is reserved once any required deposit is paid.
  • A deposit may be required to reserve dates. Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel less than 7 days before the scheduled stay.
  • Holiday periods and additional services may carry additional fees, which we will communicate before confirming.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information about your pet, including health, behavior, and care needs.
  • Keep vaccination records current; our insurance requires them on file before service.
  • Provide safe access to your home and pet, and accurate emergency contact information.

SMS / Text Messaging Program

Win Win Pet Sitting operates an SMS text messaging program for customers who opt in. Through this program we send account and booking-related messages — including inquiry and booking confirmations, appointment and drop-off reminders, deposit and payment links, and replies to your questions. These messages are conversational and transactional; we do not send bulk promotional marketing texts.

By opting in, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that you are the account holder or are authorized to provide consent for the mobile number you submit.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. For details on how we handle your information, see our Privacy Policy.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Win Win Pet Sitting is not responsible for charges your mobile carrier may apply to these messages.

Liability

We care for your pets as if they were our own and carry pet-sitting and umbrella insurance. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
